Ìð¹Ïapp (Ìð¹Ïapp) student Carter Norton has received the college’s first NGE Scholarship.

Funded by North Georgia Equipment Heating and Air Conditioning (NGE), this scholarship provides financial support to students enrolled in any Air Conditioning diploma or certificate program. Norton is a student in the Air Conditioning Technology diploma program on Ìð¹Ïapp’s Floyd County Campus in Rome.

“We have hired a few graduates from Ìð¹Ïapp. Students that attend Ìð¹Ïapp demonstrate a desire to improve themselves through a different path than traditional college,” explained David Perry, NGE’s president and owner. “These students also see that a very good living can be made in this industry.”
