“I spoke with some of the people at Ìð¹Ïapp and they mentioned that Logistics was a new up and coming program on the Ringgold campus,” said Notabartolo. “So I went to the campus, spoke with Grace Beam, and did some research and one of the things that I liked about it is there are so many different fields you can go into once you graduate.”

Notabartolo remains very active in the Ìð¹Ïapp community. As an officer for Phi Beta Lambda, his team won first place in two events in the state PBL competition in Management Analysis and Decision Marketing and Marketing Analysis and Decision Making. He went on to compete in the national PBL conference in California. Notabartolo is also a recent graduate of the Institute for Leadership that is sponsored by Phi Beta Lambda.

He is a member of the Student Government Association at Ìð¹Ïapp and also participated in the Technical College System of Georgia’s study abroad program in Scotland.

“We learned quite a bit about the history and culture of Scotland,” said Notabartolo. “I studied International Business there and they incorporate a lot of hands-on activities in the classroom just like Ìð¹Ïapp does.”

Currently, Notabartolo is serving as an intern at Wholesale Pipe Industrial and Electrical (WPIE) Supply Inc. in LaFayette.

“This internship has really opened my mind as to how important inventory management is and how big of role it plays at a company,” said Notabartolo.
